I am Nikoleta Koutitsa a professional dancer and performer based in Berlin since 2019.
My will, to surprise through playfulness and to share my feelings of the moment and furthermore to connect with the people that stand around me. Through the years, communication is an important element in my life and my research, and I strongly believe that simple elements can connect us again, even if we do not agree at the end.

A gesture, a gaze with intention, an unanswered question.My dance is for the space, is for the time, is for you and it is me, what I have become through all my experiences until that very moment of me “on stage”.
Is not about showing, is about being exposed in new stimuli, absorb them and redirect them. To be human, to not criticize and hopefully make the people feel something.

In 2018, my journey in photography and videography started. My camera is almost always with me and when I feel I take a shot. Is about the moments , the energy, the structures, the light, the feeling.
Visual arts is another medium for me  to express my thoughts and feelings. 

Since 2020, music design is a new field where I also experiment to support my video productions.

My deep interest for the human body has led me to invest time observing and trying new things. I get inspired from it´s unique ablity to receive, transform and adapt. The last years I have been involved in different activites, as yoga, boxing, climbing, tennis. I find that in all kinds the principals are the same, while the body structure remains the same and is the base of everything. Currently I am interested in THAI massage, as a way to give to the body a way to heal itself natural and to connect with people through the session.
